Hazard: The mattress fails to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard.

Units: About 86,000

Description: This recall involves Lucid folding sofas in all sizes. Recalled mattresses are two-tone gray. “Made For: CVB INC, 1525 W 2960 S, LOGAN, UT 84321” is printed on the white tag located on the bottom side of the head panel of the mattress.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mattresses and contact Lucid to receive a free zippered mattress liner to bring the mattress into compliance with the federal standard.

Incidents/Injuries: None Reported

Sold at: Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, and Walmart.com from September, 2015 to June 2018 for about $129.
