    • What makes Lucid different than other mattress brands?

      We use our years of experience to design quality, comfortable, affordable mattresses, bed frames, and bedding backed by a sleep trial and warranty. Plus, as a Certified B Corporation®, you can feel good shopping at Lucid.

    • What does the warranty cover?

      This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper care, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use.

    • How does your 100-night sleep trial work?

      When initiating a return for a Lucid™ mattress or adjustable base, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress or base. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. To receive a full refund, you will be required to cover return shipping costs. You must also have the receipt, warranty documentation for the mattress or base purchase, AND, if returning a mattress, you must use a mattress protector during the 100-day trial period. You may also donate the mattress or base to a local charity and provide us with proof of donation for a full refund. To initiate your request, send us an email at online@lucidmattress.com

    • How does your 30-night sleep trial work?

      All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Lucid™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back.
